Optivex Labs currently ships across Canada.

Domestic Canadian orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

All orders are shipped in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging to help maintain product integrity during transit.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

International Shipping

International shipping availability varies by destination due to customs regulations surrounding research compounds.

If you are located outside of Canada, please contact us at info@optivexlabs.ca before placing an order to confirm whether shipping is available to your region.

Order Processing

Orders are not processed or shipped until payment has been confirmed.

Optivex Labs currently accepts payment by Interac e-Transfer only.

For damaged or incorrect shipments, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
