Payment
Optivex Labs currently accepts payment by Interac e-Transfer only.
Orders are not processed or shipped until payment has been received and confirmed.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.
Certificate of Analysis
Certificates of Analysis are available upon request and are specific to the batch number associated with your order.
To request a COA, contact info@optivexlabs.ca with your order number, product name, and batch number if available.

Optivex Labs is not liable for misuse, improper handling, improper storage, unlawful use, or use outside the stated research-use purpose of any product sold through this website.
